Partnership Agreement Signed Between DPO and International Women Peace Group (IWPG)

A partnership agreement signed between DPO and IWPG in an initiative to work together on the themes of women rights advancement, women empowerment and peace building. In the virtual signing ceremony Monday, representatives of the two organizations Eshetu Mengistu (Ph.D) of DPO and Mrs. Seoyeon Lee of IWPG expressed their commitment and stressed the need for working in cooperation towards peace, advancement of women rights and empowerment.

IWPG is a Korean INGO listed in UN DGC and gained ‘special consultative status’ from the UN ECOSOC. It is working on world peace and women empowerment having its presence across the globe.
